Manufacturer Administrative Fees definition

Manufacturer Administrative Fees means those administrative fees paid by manufacturers to ESI pursuant to a contract between ESI and the manufacturer in connection with ESI’s administering, invoicing, allocating and collecting the Rebates under the Rebate program.
Manufacturer Administrative Fees means administrative fees paid by pharmaceutical manufacturers or other third parties to Company or its affiliate or subcontractor directly in connection with administering, invoicing, allocating and collecting Rebates.
Manufacturer Administrative Fees means those administrative fees of up to 3.5% of the AWP of certain Covered Drugs paid by pharmaceutical manufacturers to, or otherwise retained by, MCLIC or its Affiliate pursuant to a contract between MCLIC or its Affiliate and the manufacturer and directly in connection with MCLIC or its Affiliate administering, invoicing, allocating and collecting the Rebates for the EGWP Benefit under the Medicare Rebate Program.

  • As of the Effective Date, Prime has disclosed to Claim Administrator that the maximum that Prime will receive from any Manufacturer for Manufacturer Administrative Fees is five and one-half percent (5.5%) of the wholesale acquisition cost (“WAC”) for all products of such Manufacturer dispensed during any given calendar year to members of Claim Administrator, as applicable; provided, however, Claim Administrator will advise Employer if such maximum has changed.

  • Accordingly, Company retains all right, title and interest to any and all Rebates, Manufacturer Administrative Fees, and Value-Based Payments with respect to utilization of drugs under the Plan, as well as other remuneration received from manufacturers.

  • Accordingly, ESI retains all right, title and interest to any and all actual Rebates and Manufacturer Administrative Fees received from manufacturers.

  • ESI will pay SCPS amounts equal to the Rebate and Manufacturer Administrative Fees amounts allocated to SCPS, as specified above, from ESI’s general assets (neither SCPS, its Members, nor SCPS’s plan retains any beneficial or proprietary interest in ESI’s general assets).

  • ESI shall also pay SCPS the percentage amount set forth in Section 1.A.(i) above for residual Rebates and Manufacturer Administrative Fees collected by ESI, if any, related to such calendar quarter, which are collected by ESI in subsequent quarters.

Related to Manufacturer Administrative Fees

  • Administrative Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Administrative Fee is defined in Section 4.1(a).

  • Independent educational evaluation means an evaluation conducted by a qualified examiner who is not employed by the public agency responsible for the education of the child in question.

  • technical service means an organisation or body designated by the approval authority of a Member State as a testing laboratory to carry out tests, or as a conformity assessment body to carry out the initial assessment and other tests or inspections, on behalf of the approval authority, it being possible for the approval authority itself to carry out those functions;

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

  • Provider fee means the consideration paid for a service contract.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Routine Patient Costs means all health care services that are otherwise covered under the Group Contract for the treatment of cancer or other Life-threatening Condition that is typically covered for a patient who is not enrolled in an Approved Clinical Trial.

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.
